THROW A CLOTH ON IT...

As much as I love a beautiful bare dining room table,
there is something so intimate and warm
about a table draped in beautiful linens.
It seems to add a touch of elegance but at the same time a nice casualness.
And as you all probably know, a dining room table is one of the hardest to find
and biggest investments of a home. If you are still searching or saving
for yours you can buy a 60" round caterers table from
Sam's club and throw a beautiful tapestry or cloth over it..

FRIDAY FLOWERS

What better way to say fall than leaves.
We had friends to dinner last night and with this 70 degree weather,
I felt like I needed a little fall to cozy us up.
So, I went to the backyard and cut some of the branches off our
gorgeous maple trees.

voila....

And, I redid the pumpkin arrangement with some more pastel colors.....

A favorite...

I thought today I would share one of my all time favorite apartments.
It is interior designer David Netto's downtown fifth avenue place
and it has always just drove me wild.
Such a great juxtaposition of new modern and antique.
Love everything about it!
